“The Stupendous Fire-Man” is an animated comedy about a dumb but earnest superhero. Fire-Man’s superpower is that he can shoot fire from his hands – which, unfortunately, is not helpful in most circumstances. Counterbalancing this power is his number one weakness: thinking. It’s “Archer” meets “The Tick.”
